Directions to school: From I-79 (north or south) take the Kingmont Rd. exit. From the north bound exit ramp, turn left, travel across bridge that spans I-79 then take the first right. Follow this road one mile to EFHS. From the south bound ramp turn right then almost immediately turn right again. Follow this road one mile to EFHS.

Head coach John Geary will be in his 13th year heading into the 2009-2010 campaign. For the past eleven seasons, East Fairmont has had at least one wrestler in the finals of his respective weight class at the State Tournament.

The high school wrestling program is fed by EFJH and EFJWC.
