What are the letters and numbers before the wrestler name

I don’t have one in front of me, but likely their grade, region , how they placed …

Ok so in a regional tournament the 2 and 4 placed wrestlers are in opposite sides of the bracket however the 2nd place region kid has an R2 and the 4th place kid has an F2z.

Shouldn’t that 4th place kid be R4?

1 and 4 from each region are on same side of the bracket but in different quarters
2 and 3 from each region are on the same side of the bracket but in different quarters

As for abbreviations:
C2 is Champion Region 2
F2 is Fourth Region 2

R2 is Runner Up Region 2
T2 is Third Region 2
