Any results from the Braxton County tourney? Have not seen any report from this tournament.

Team results: Braxton 1st, Herbert Hoover 2nd, Greenbrier West 3rd

Can't tell you all of the weight class winners because my memory is not that good, but off the top of my head...

What teams were at thr tournament this year?

It was an okay tournament. Day one we used three mats. Then day two we only used two mats. If they use three mats we are outta there early but got to make that concession money LOL. Another small issue day two they had about 3-4 breaks which didn’t need to happen: but overall it was a well ran tournament with some good competition.

There maybe one or two more but thats all i can remember. I thought it was a good tournament with good competition. I will agree with the other posters that there were too many breaks...lol

I cannot speak on why they switched to two mats. I can't say for sure it was about concessions since the concessions was essentially shutting down before we even started the championship matches. I know some people were unhappy about the difficulty in seeing matches that happened on that back mat and there have been complaints about that in the past.

As for the breaks, I understand your frustration, but those were simply to give time for the folks running the brackets to update the info and print new brackets and bout sheets and take a much needed bathroom break. They were not done for any reason other than that.

Thanks to everyone who came. We had some very solid wrestling.
