Great post and I agree. I think two things that I would like to see more of. 1) Refs he refs letting the wrestlers know what they expect. 2). That coaches explain the rules to their wrestlers better, or spend more time educating. I have saw wrestlers get called for stalling but didn't know why, often. Refs being more vocal will help the wrestlers that don't know, but ultimately, we have to coach or educate are wrestlers better. Cudos to the coaches that already do this.

Good Job Frazier . The polar bears have a had a rich tradition with upperweight weight wrestlers (170lb-UNL) throughout the schools history. Zach now, along with his Uncles Chris, Ryan, and Jeff and grandpa Don own 7 of the 59 individual state titles in Fairmont Senior wrestling history. Awesome job.
