Question About Referees

Is there like a regional supervisor of referees? I know that down in Greenbrier county Guy Holliday was the guy that acted as sort of the guide or supervisor for the refs in the area. Is there one for each region or area and where would a list of them be located at?

George Keeney retired with 40 (yes 40) years of refereeing a couple of years ago. Great ref and good, Christian man. I had the pleasure of interviewing him at the state tournament that year and having him ref matches for multiple generations of my wrestlers.

@aaacoach6 Thanks for the help. I did not see that. I spoke to Ray Londeree the other day and entirely forgot to ask him about this. I think an up-to-date list of senior officials or supervisory officials is something we need here on WVMat.

@Panther_coach I actually got to meet him at high school states about 5 or 6 years ago. I agree, a really nice guy.
