Hampton Inn out by I-64 loss of power

Just curious if anyone on here stayed at the Hampton Inn on kinetic drive out by I 64? There was a major power outage that happened on Friday night, and the Hampton Inn lost power for about half of the hotel. I was just wondering if anyone that stayed there was able to get a reduced price since there was no power, no hot water, or any food the next morning? I have spoken with the manager and was informed that they were telling everybody that you had the option to check out early without a penalty. The person I spoke with at the front desk never mentioned that to me. Can anyone who stayed there confirm that they were told this by the manager?
