I guess everybody was right. Rankings do not matter.
AA/A 152, 160 and 170 got a last minute facelift.
The word on the street is 160 Woyan is now 152. 160 Caron is now 170.
Furthermore, the common words I always hear when a wrestlers changes weight classes is, he "ran".
Three time state champion, 4 x WSAZ champion, Ironman third place winner and Dutton Award top contender Raike has "ran" to 160.
Once these rankings settle down and we see who qualifies for states at what weight classes, we can figure out who "ran" Raike out of 152.

I don’t think anyone would say Raike would run from anyone but does that switch amongst those two wrestlers give the school a better chance of having two champions at each weight instead of one at 152?
Re: Intercepted Memo from the latest Coaches' Rankings
That just ended the dream of some 160 this year. But, of course, an upset could always happen. Right!

Yes. For team point purposes only.
Re: Intercepted Memo from the latest Coaches' Rankings
I believe it was sarcasm, tongue in cheek humor, etc. Thus the quotation marks around the word "ran". Just sayin in his defense.
Re: Intercepted Memo from the latest Coaches' Rankings
From your intercepted memo, it doesnt sound like Raike is the runner nor would anyone expect him to be. That would be silly. He would be favored in a few weight classes.

I was merely using that Just sayin' phrase which I recently stole from a friend, but thanks for pointing out the error of my ways.
