Washington's Elite Opener- Dec 4

Washington High School will be hosting its second annual Elite Opener on December 4, 2021. All wrestlers will get 5 matches, wrestlers will be seeded 1st through 12th, then put into 3 pools of 4. Depending on how they finish in their pool will determine what placing matches they will be put into- example the top wrestler in each pool will wrestle for 1st-3rd and bottom wrestlers from each pool will wrestle for 10th-12th. All teams that finish in the top 8 will be able to return, and we will choose the best 4 that apply for the following year to keep the tournament tough. Results from 2019 are on track if you’d like to look at the tournament
