Please stay vigilant in following the recommended guidelines. We are very lucky to be able to have wrestling this season. Plain and simple: wear a mask indoors in public places and outdoors where large crowds are gathered, avoid large crowds and gatherings if possible, maintain six feet distance between yourself and other people, practice good hand washing and sanitizing regularly, and sterilize all surfaces and objects in high use regularly and after each use. Stay safe.
