**THERE ARE NO PLACEMENT POINTS FOR JUNIOR HIGH, & GIRLS DIVISIONS. THEY DO NOT COUNT IN THE TEAM SCORES. JUNIOR HIGH & GIRLS DIVISIONS ARE OPEN TOURNAMENTS THAT ARE OPEN TO ANY WRESTLER FROM ANY STATE OR COUNTY**

Weigh-Ins:
Early weigh-ins at multiple locations on Wednesday 1/22, Thursday 1/23, Friday 1/24, Saturday 1/25. We strongly encourage everyone to weigh in at an early weigh-in site if possible.

Awards:
-Top 4 finishers in OPEN, GIRLS, and JUNIOR HIGH divisions will receive OVC trophies. 5th-8th in
OPEN, GIRLS, and JUNIOR HIGH divisions will receive OVC medals.

Admission:
$15 ADULT (13 & Over), KIDS 12 & Under = FREE

Seating:
There are bleachers and you can also bring bag chairs.

Officials:
Tournament will be officiated by the West Liberty University Mens & Womens wrestling teams.

Match Length:
3 -1 minute periods (Choice for 2nd & 3rd periods). 12 pt TECH FALL. OT 1 minute sudden victory if no points scored / 30 sec. tie breaker (flip for choice). NOVICE MATCHES = ALL STARTS & RESTARTS NEUTRAL.

Rules:
Modified Scholastic Rules will be used for all divisions. Tournament will be double elimination or round robin. Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes upon need.
