The old forum is now history. It was an old program that is no longer being supported. I has become a HUGE security issue for hacker problems. I had to delete it entirely.

Unfortunate, but such is the way of computers and the Internet. If one relies on some packaged program, and that program is no longer supported and upgraded to guard against threats, it must be excised.
