I like your idea. and yes it would improve wrestling in our State. but it wont happen cause whom ever is in charge are afraid it wouldn't work or just plain scared of change. Man up West Virginia lets fix this on going problem.

both wrestlers are hurt. as far as injury time, Big Reds try not to use it. Not to take anything away from any of their composition getting them to the finals of the region and resting for the state, no plan just trying to be as healthy as possible. Thanks KDunbar!

2lbs. above base. if all the wrestlers would make base all the time, it might be alittle easier to control their weight. its not healthy to bounce up and down, and it dont help the quality wrestling either. We as Coaches should hold our wrestlers accountable. Just saying
