Are you asking about the NHSCA duals? A few WV teams was there. Felix Wrestling Academy took several of the previous 15u National team.

Or are you referring to the Freestyle & Greco Duals going on now? WV didn't send a Junior or Cadet team.

A Schoolboy team (14U) competed in Freestyle last weekend. As far as we know, it was the first ever FS/GR team from WV. They got 15th out 35 teams and had a record of 4-5.
