One at 190 I think South’s wrestler would have been very happy to wrestle someone, he isn’t just a good quarterback.

I'm assuming he meant:
Washington - 7 forfeits
St. Albans - 5 forfeits
Beckley - 4 forfeits
Midland - 1 forfeit
Park - 1 forfeit
Spring Mills - 1 forfeit
Only South and University had a full team throughout all the duals with individual results reported thus far.

Wow I didn’t even look at the match sheets, we are blessed in the MOV when it comes to wrestling. So sad to see this happening in these communities, wrestling is a great avenue to keep kids in shape and out of mischief. We need more promoting of the sport in our schools and recreation programs.

In fairness to those programs, I believe that there were several regulars for some of those teams that were missing for one reason or another. But it does speak to the depth in the practice rooms.
