You sure this isnt a scam? I would think a WVU NIL wrestling club would at least have a picture of a current wrestler not one that last wrestled for WVU 4 years ago.

Your logic is spot on. However, the marketing people in the past have made some blunders.

Also, the mentioned monthly goal is $830.

I am not sure how big WVU's roster is but using 20 wrestlers, $830 / 20 = $41.50 per wrestler. Its a start.
