The first two Workout Series were such a success that we've decided to add another series that will be eight session and span October 23-December 18.
Six of the workouts will be on Sunday’s: October 23, November 6, November 27, December 4, December 11, and December 18. The other two sessions will be on Wednesday, November 16 and Monday, November 21. The Sunday sessions will once again run 10:30 AM to Noon, and the two weeknight sessions will run 6:30 PM to 8 PM.
The most recent series featured wrestlers from eight different states, nationally ranked wrestlers, All-Americans, and state champions.
All workouts are open to any and all wrestlers. The only requirement is an active USA Wrestling card.
