I find it interesting that Williamstown was ranked second in the first single A team poll. They only have two returning state tournament qualifiers coming back.

My eyes are not perfect, so I may have overlooked it, but I don't even see any scores posted for them. Should a team be ranked if there isn't even scores posted?

Ritchie County will be up there in the rankings toward later in the season. I agree be nice to get results posted but maybe they don’t to keep the sleepers out of the spotlight

Williamstown has scores in the JCI tournament. The first rankings are usually way off. I think this one is wayyyyyy off.

Just my thought on the post, but if they stay intact and healthy west will be hard to beat.

I agree with last post. Greenbrier West beat a very good Braxton team and a very good Greenbrier East team yesterday.

West had a down year last year, far below their usual standards. Look for a top 5 finish in AA/A from them this year.

This past weekend Madonna and Williamstown attended the St. Clairsville OH tournament.
Madonna finished second with 331 pts
Williamstown finished fourth with 247 pts.
Could go head to head at the guard duals this weekend.
